Rate Limits
SuperViz implements rate limits on its SDK and API as part of its service to ensure optimal performance and prevent overuse of our infrastructure and ensure a consistent user experience. These limits dictate the maximum number of requests or operations that can be performed within a set time period.
The SuperViz SDK has specific rate limits in place to maintain optimal performance and prevent overuse. These limits are crucial since the SDK runs on the client's browser, and we want to ensure that it does not negatively impact memory and CPU usage, which could affect the user experience.
Similarly, our API and the Real-time Data Engine is subject to rate limits that can still provide a seamless experience for all users with a 30 FPS (Frames per second) experience, while also preventing abuse and ensuring the service remains available and responsive.
