Real-Time Customer Support
Getting on a call with Customer Support can often be as complex as one person trying to guide another through pages and forms. Utilizing SuperViz's Shared Forms component, together with our Real-Time Data Engine and Video Conference, enables customer support to guide users, fill in forms, navigate to specific elements, and much more—all in an intuitive way that simplifies the process.
How to use
Enter the Customer Support session by clicking the “Contact Support” button on the top right. Before entering the session you’ll be prompted to grant access to your camera and microphone.
At the to of the screen you see customer support’s perspective and at the bottom of the screen, you can see the customers perspective. Both users can edit the form and the position on the screen in real-time, making it easy an intuitive to guide a user through the process of filling out a form.
